Part of an early to mid C19 terrace.

Exterior

No.13 has one-window front with 4-pane horned sash on first floor, and similar window to R on ground floor; doorway to L has square headed pedimented doorcase, and part-glazed 6-panelled door.

Reasons for Listing

One of six well-preserved early C19 houses retaining overall late Georgian character. Group value both with rest of the terrace and with other listed buildings in The Watton.
