History

Part of an early to mid C19 terrace.

Exterior

No.14 has 2-window 3-bay front with two 4-pane horned sashes on first floor, and similar windows below.
On ground floor, central doorway has square-headed pedimented doorcase, and part-glazed 6-panelled door.

Reasons for Listing

One of six well-preserved early C19 houses retaining overall late Georgian character. Group value both with rest of the terrace and with other listed buildings in The Watton.
