Bears datestone "1697", therefore given present form by Thomas Walker who updated the house at this time; but early C17 window openings suggest originally an accommodation block.

Exterior

Long stone barn with corrugated roof covering. Two large cart doorways face yard each with "pentice" roof.

A late C17 barn retaining its character with Group Value with Grade I listed Newton House.
