    The chapel faces E at the corner of Aqueduct Terrace. Set within a rubble stone enclosure wall with square gate piers to entrance, iron gates and flanking railings.

    Prominently located spanning the Afan valley, to the N of Aqueduct Terrace.
  3. II Church of St Michael Photos
    Located at the corner of Ty'r Owen Row and London Row.
  4. II Cwm Clais Mill
    To the S of the farmhouse and immediately E of stables. The hillside slopes up behind to the S.

    Located opposite Jersey Row and next to the Jersey Arms public house.
  6. II Pontrhydyfen Viaduct Photos
    Long viaduct spanning the Afan valley where the river curves round towards the S, and the road which leads from Cwmavon to Pontrhydyfen.
  7. II Tabernacle Chapel Photos
    Located in a prominent position on the hillside overlooking the centre of Cwmavon. The vestry of 1931 is alongside.
  8. II Ynysafan Tramroad Bridge Photos
    At the end of a lane off Ynysafan terrace and crossing the River Afan.
