Suburban villa. Mid C19. Stucco with rusticated granite
quoins; dry Delabole slate roof over moulded eaves
entablature. Irregular double-depth plan. 2 storeys;
symmetrical 3-window 1:1:1-bay entrance front. Recessed
central bay with wide doorway within doorcase with moulded
architrave, pilasters with consoles and entablature with
moulded hood; 6-panel door with sidelights and transom with
overlights; original 12-pane hornless sashes: ground-floor
sashes within surrounds similar to doorway; eared architraves
to 1st floor, all with granite sills on brackets. INTERIOR not
inspected but likely to be of interest.
