GV II

3 houses in terrace. Late C18 with C19 alterations. Garden
wall bond brick (5 and one) with painted ashlar dressings.
Welsh slate roof with ashlar and brick chimneys. 2 storeys,
with basements to Nos 162 and 164; each 2 windows. No.160 has
right return to Bartram Street. Door at left of each house:
4-panelled to Nos 164 and 162, No.162 with glass inserted in
upper panels, and plain overlights in architraves with
cornices breaking forward over large console brackets. No.160
has 6-panelled door in pilaster and entablature surround. Nos
162 and 160 have canted bay windows to basement and ground
floor, and No.164 has full length applied glazing bars to
canted bay with doors to garden, all corniced. Wedge stone
lintels and sill string to all first floor windows, renewed
sashes in No.164, top-hung casements in No.162, and No.160
renewed glazing with applied glazing bars. Roof hipped at
right with transverse ridge chimneys.
