BUCKLAND C.P. RECTORY GREEN LANE TQ 25SW 4/59 Pettys Farm House II

House. C17, extended in C20. Part timber framed,clad in Reigate stone rubble with brick angle quoins and with brick extensions, all under plain tiled roofs. L-shaped plan. Two storeys on plinth with end stack to right and corbelled multiple stack to left of centre. Attic in gable to front of stack. Three windows to first floor of old house with a further two windows in extension to right. Two windows on ground floor old section with one in extension to right. Small diamond-pane leaded casement window to left of centre in blocked former doorway. Left hand return front (facing lane) - Gable with attic windows to right. One C20 casement window on each floor below. Framed range to left and centre with pentice across the front. Porch and door to right of centre. C20 gable with further entrance to left.
