Barn. Early C17, restored in C20. Timber framed on brick plinth with renewed,
tarred weatherboard cladding, plain tiled roofs. Square-hipped roof over turret
to south end. Four fixed casement windows on east side. Central opposing double
doors. Tower to south surmounted by weathervane,was said to contain tanks into
which water was pumped from a well beneath,and at one time supplied the village.
