Four cottages now one house. Probably C17. Elevation to Humber Street: Regular
coursed ironstone rubble; thatched roof; brick stack on stone base to left.
L-plan. 2 former entrances with stone steps now replaced by casement windows
with wooden lintels. Single 3-light metal casement with wooden lintel between.
Right part has gable front to street; on ground floor a 3-light metal casement
with wooden lintel. 3- and 4-light metal casements to attic most with wooden
lintels and wrought iron catches. Elevation to Rose Bank: Doorway to left has
wooden lintel. To right a thatched bow window and C20 casement. 2- and 3-light
casements to attic have wooden lintels. 3 brick stacks on stone bases to ridge
and right. Steep pitch to roof. Interior: Stop chamfered beams, chamfered
bressumers, plank doors, 2 inglenooks, original roof, straight flight stairs
with winder.
