House. 2 builds. C17 with C19 additions. Squared coursed ironstone. Hipped Welsh
slate roof. 4 brick stacks to ends, ridge and lateral. Garden front: 2-unit
plan. 2 storeys. 3-window range. Central entrance, remodelled to provide third
window to ground floor, is flanked by 2 sash windows with keystoned architraves.
2 sash windows to first floor. Elevation to Humber Street: 3-unit plan, 2
storeys plus attic; 3-window range. Entrance to right has panelled door with
moulded wood surround and wooden lintel. Three 2- and 3-light casements to left
of door. Three 2- and 3-light casements with wooden lintels to first floor. 2
blocked attic windows. Most windows have wrought iron catches. Stone coping to
left. 2 fire plaques. Rear: C17 wing to right has a 3- and 2-light casements
with wooden lintels. The attic window has some panes of crown glass. Interior:
Stop chamfered beams and bressumers to C17 part; Stone flag floors; wooden
winder stair and straight flight with winders; panelled doors.
