House. 2 builds. Probably C17 origin, remodelled C18/C19, Regular coursed
ironstone rubble. Ironstone quoins. Welsh slate roof. 3 brick stacks to ridge
and right, 2 have stone bases. Stone copings. Left part: 3-unit plan; single
storey plus attic; 4-window range. 2 stone doorways with eliptical keystoned
heads; doorway to left blocked, right has moulded imposts and overlight. 2- and
3-light casements to ground floor, 2 having moulded wooden lintels. 4 windows to
attic; 2- and 3-light casements plus a small tall window with stained glass.
Window to left blocked. 2-light stone mullioned window to cellar to right. Rear:
plain, chamfered 4-centered arched doorway has plank door. Another entrance has
plank door and wooden lintel; 2- and 3-light metal casements to both storeys.
Later part to right: 2-unit plan; 2 storeys; 2-window range; 2 sash windows to
both storeys have keystoned architraves. Steep roof pitch. Interior not
inspected.
