Built in 1824 and then known as Lark Hill. 2-storeyed stuccoed "villa" with
a band at the 1st floor, Welsh slate hipped roof and stuccoed stacks. In
the ground floor are two, and in the 1st floor three, sash windows with shutters.
A pedimented 2-column porch. On the North side there is in the roof a lantern
with sash windows and a scroll-bracketed pedimented doorway between two projecting
bays on the ground floor.
