Gate Piers at entrance to The Lodge

Pair of gatepiers. c.1830. Ashlar. Square-plan piers with waist strings, moulded cornices and shallow pyramidal caps. Front faces each have a round-arched recess below string. Piers mark the entrance to the long drive to The Lodge (qv).
