Garden house, c.1700, of red brick with thatched roof. Square plan of two
storeys built within the enclosing angle of the garden walls of Southwood Hall.
Doors at ground and first floor levels to south-west. Cross windows with wrought
iron casements and square leaded lights to north-west, north-east and south-
east. Rusticated brick quoins at external angles. Hipped roof. Garden walls
to north-west and south-west of same date as garden house. Wall attached to
south-east corner of Garden House not of special interest.
