House. Late C18, extended mid-C20. Uncoursed limestone rubble to C18 part,
roughly coursed limestone rubble to C20 addition; stone slate roofs. 2 storeys
and attic. 3-window front, 3-light C19 casements with wood lintels, blind to
centre on first floor. Gabled dormer in middle of roof slope to centre. Central
entrance; plank door with 2 glazed square panels to top under C20 gabled
trellised porch. Integral end stacks with dripstones and tops rebuilt in brick.
Low gabled range to right has infilled doorway to left and boarded door to
right. Automobile Association sign attached to gable end reads "FARINGDON 6
1/4/LANGFORD/BURFORD 6/LONDON 74 1/4/SAFETY FIRST". 2-storey C20 addition
attached to left of main range is not of special architectural interest.
