Cottage. Dated 1755, extended circa 1960. Limestone rubble. Plain tile roof with gabled ends. Stone rubble axial stack.
Plan: 2-room plan house with bay added on left [South East) end in about 1960.
Exterior; 2 storeys. Asymmetrical 3-window front to road; 2-light casements with horizontal glazing bars, first floor left blank. Datestone inscribed T?G. 1755. 2-light casements at rear, ground floor with C20 conservatory.
Interior: Chamfered ceiling beams, right-hand room with exposed rafters.
