Semi-detached cottage. C16. much modified in C20. Local stone rubble: thatched roof with thin copinq to vest gable,
continuation to east: brick end chimney stack. Two storeys, 2 bays. Small pane casement windows, of 2-lights to bay 1
and 3 lights bay 2: boarded door in recess between bays: lower openings have gauged stone flat arches with keystones.
Interior much modified, but party wall with Lullingstone (qv) to east is timber framed, and roof had a jointed cruck
truss originally, (VAG Report, unpublished SRO, 1975).
