Winsham and Cricket St Thomas War Memorial

First World War memorial. Erected 1923. Ham Hill stone ashlar. Designed in form of a large pier with a semi-circular head, with an integral Latin cross, the head of which is formed from a Crown of Thorns. The stepped and weathered octagonal base is mounted on a large circular platform, indented with steps at the front. Inscription panels at base of cross shaft and on weathering of base.
