House. Late C16 core, enlarged and altered C18 and early C19. Red sandstone random rubble, expressed quoins on cross
wing, slate roof, ridge tiles on cross wing, external stack left, brick chimneys. Original block facing South, with
North/South cross wing. 2- storeys, 3:1 bays; sash windows in segmental headed openings with rusticated jambs, ground
floor left early C20 splayed bay window. Entrance on West front through single storey restored four bay verandah, stone
plinth with wooden four centred arches and tiled roof. East elevation has pedimented centre distinguished by quoins,
rear elevation has square headed doorway with sub-medieval stud and plank door with decorative hinges, C18 long
staircase window with leaded panes, and to East projecting rendered wing with segmental headed bow window.
