Parish rooms, now outbuilding. Early C19. Red sandstone random rubble, slate roof, octagonal stone stack rising from
eaves on left. Two storeys, three bays; round headed openings, one round headed sash window with glazing bars 1st
floor, round headed casements ground floor flanking central doorway, C20 door, approached by steps. Right return
elevation with inserted C18 fielded six panel door, linked by 3 metres of red sandstone random rubble masonry wall,
with round headed dooorway, to the Old Rectory (q.v.). Forms part of an attractive approach to the Church of St James
(q.v.) and South-east boundary wall of the Old Rectory (q.v.). Primarily listed for group value.
