Late C19. Former office building in 'Tudor' style. Four main storeys. Five bays. Grey brick and terracotta. Ground floor of painted terracotta (?) with entrances in outer bays beneath three-centred arches. The upper part is articulated with moulded shafts and string courses and has a band of diaper work with Tudor rose ornament above the second floor windows. The facade terminates with a central round-headed gable.
