1858, by T Young and Son (?) Five storeys; four windows. Red brick and stone. Painted arcaded ground storey with three detached colonnettes and alternating plain and mask keystones. Upper storeys arcaded and with carved caps to detached shafts. Large crowning cornice with brackets.
