Mid C19. Stock brick with stucco eaves cornice and blocking course, 2 storeys,
4 windows those of lst floor linked above by heavy arched dripstone, and below
by stucco sill band. Windows round headed with architraves. Ground floor has
arched windows with plain pilasters between. Central doors with engraved glass
panels and central, wrought iron, lampholder with modern lamp. Focal point looking
along College Terrace from Tredegar Square.
