1899. Red brick but top storey roughcast rendering above brick string course.
Red tiled roof above wide, partly bracketed, eaves soffit. 4 storeys and dormers,
with double rank of dormers in centre, 5 storeys under turrets gables etc. Irregular
facade. 27 windows, those of 1st to 3rd floors set in arched recesses. Towers
flank centre 2 bays, outer gables and 6 bay advanced block, the northern end contains
an arch of 1 bay from ground to 3rd floor with recessed windows and iron balcony
across 3rd floor. Inner facade has wide gable over 7 bays.
