Sandstone ledger slab Hear lieth in/terred the bo/dy of Richard Harcourt Esquire the son and heir of Edward Jason? who dyed 6 MR (March) 166(1) and left one son Charles. Unusual for so old a sandstone ledger slab to have remained so legible. Perhaps it had been covered by the wooden floor of a pew, or some such. (Photo Sept 2015).
