Copper plaque with Arms: On a lozenge Quarterly 1 and 4 Barry of six argent and azure (Lord Grey of Groby and Earl of Stamford and Warrington) 2 and 3 Argent three boars heads couped and erect sable langued gules the tusks pointing to dexter (Booth). Inscription: To perpetuate the memory of Catherine widow of the VII Earl of Stamford and Warrington who died on the 29th of January 1905 aged 78 years. This tablet is erected by some of those who connected with her by ties of kinship and the bonds of affection have had unusual opportunities of knowing and appreciating her qualities of heart and mind.
