Stained glass south window 4. C16 Stained glass Patriarchs or prophets in stately hats. 1 in blue robe wearing hose and sandals named below as David. Above is a fleur de lys in a bordure gules crowned, possibly claiming the Arms of Anjou. 2 in a plum robe with green sleeves and purple lined hood, his left hand pointing down obliquely, named below Michas (Micah). Above is a crowned Arms of King Henry VIII. 3 in ermine trimmed scarlet robes and a lobed ermine hat. In the banner over his head I read -Jcbis filiis Jesof- so this may be Jacob. Above is a crowned Tudor rose in a bordure azure. (Photo Mar 2010).
