Matching monument to that of their parents. The Arms are Johnson, Argent on a bend gules three phaeons or, a canton ermine. The crest, Emerging from a wreath, a half griffin rampant gules holding a phaeon or, has lost its arrow. -Here lyeth the body of Geffrey Johnson Esq eldest son of Mathew Johnson Esq and Margaret his wife. He d. 30th Mar 1742 in the 64th year of his age. Here also lyeth the body of Mistress Elizabeth Johnson last surviving sister of the above Geffrey Johnson Esq. She d. 30th Mar 1754 in the 67th year of her age-. (Photo Mar 2010)
