The vestry was formerly the south chapel. The priest would wash the service vessels here in water that had been blessed, and the holy water would drain away to the consecrated ground of the churchyard. Below is a benefactions board, recording the bequest, made by John Morris, of funds to help the poor of the parish. (Photo Jul 2013)
