2. Second quarter of C19. 2 storeys, attic and basement, 3 windows. Rebuilt attic has low, pedimented gable containing a segment arched, 2-light window. Yellow stock brick with stuccoed basement. Slated roof with eaves soffit visible on Prior Street return. 1st floor centre window blocked. Gauged brick arches to all openings. Windows sashes with glazing bars, flat headed except for attic. 4 steps to 4-panel door, with patterned fanlight, under round arch with impost blocks. Right return blank except for door to No 11, similar to No 9 except that fanlight is plain. Wrought iron handrails and area railings round both sides.

Nos 1 to 11 (odd) form a group.
