Circa 1885 tea warehouse. Substantial block, probably iron framed. Front of brick
and stucco. Five storeys, six bays all of three windows except No 5: two windows
with entrance. Rusticated brick pilaster bay divisions support long fluted brackets
to a prominent top cornice and blocking course. All the three-window groups have
the central light as a loading door, though only five retain their iron swinging
hoists. Each group has stucco pilaster mullions and segmental heads with keyblock
to string of course above. Ground floor modern shops between glazed tile columns.
