House. Dated lintel reads: "FAC/1720". Stone rubble with ashlar dressings
and slate roof. North facade of 2 storeys, 2 bays. Windows have recessed
chamfered mullions, and single light fire windows to 1st bay, window to 3rd bay
of 1st floor has mullion cut flat. Entrance has chamfered jambs and embattled
lintel; gabled porch with ball finial and benches. Datestone above porch reads:
"C/1877". Projecting gable-end stack and corbelled gable-end stack with rounded
shaft. East end has later gabled extension and C20 conservatory. Rear has
projecting gabled bay with 3-light window; stair light and single light to 1st
floor, bay to right has outshut under catslide roof and large projecting lateral
stack with set offs and round shaft. Interior has fireplace with moulded
opening, corbelled lintel and cornice, spice cupboard to left has door with
moulded framing.
