Barn. Probably C18 with later additions. Stone rubble with slate roof, some
brick infill. L-plan. 5-bay west wing has ventilation slots and barn entrance
with pentice and paired pivoted doors. 3-bay C20 extension to south of no
special interest. Interior has collar and tie beam trusses; open to north wing,
with square pier. North wing of 5 bays is later, north elevation has large
entrance with paired pivoted doors set in section of wall which is plastered
brick; flanking entrance. Gable end of west wing has segmental-headed entrance
and ventilation slots. South elevation of north wing has C20 cow house outshut
under catslide roof and large wing, dated 1945, of no special interest.
