Circa 1769. 2 storeys red brick. Parapet. 4 sashes each with glazing
bars missing. C19 shop fronts. These buildings were kept to 2 storeys to
keep the sea view for the Georgian Assembly Rooms formerly opposite.

Nos 1 to 5 (odd) and Nos 6 to 15 (consec) form a group
