Narrow-frontage house in row, stepped forward from adjoining, left. Dated FH
1801 over door, reputedly for Lord Dynevor. Fine limestone ashlar, roof
concealed by parapet. Three storeys, 2 windows, including full-height canted
bay to left; all 12-pane sashes. Right is 6-panel door with 5-pane transom
light in moulded stone surround with pediment. To left of door an oval wood
plaque. Plinth, plain cill band at first floor, moulded dentil cornice, plain
coping to blocking. This is a 'mirror image' to St Andrews (qv) dated 40 years
later.
