Narrow-frontage house in row, steeped forward from adjoining, left. Dated
CH 1840 over door, but in style identical with Dynevor House, dated 1801 (qv).
Fine limestone ashlar, hipped roof in tile behind parapet. Three storeys,
2-windowed, included full height canted bay, right; all 12-pane sashes. Left is
6-panel C20 door under transom light in pedimented doorcase with dentils, up 3
steps with simple wrought iron handrails and balusters. Plinth, plain cill band
at first floor, moulded dentil cornice, plain coping to blocking which sweeps
down on return, left. Deep brick stacks to right appear to be shared with
adjoining property.
