2 farmbuildings. Probably early C19 and contemporary with Higher Rocombe Farmhouse
(qv). Stone rubble with brick dressings and a hipped slate roof to the west range,
gabled slate roof to the adjoining south range.
Plan: L plan, forming a small yard immediately north of the farmhouse.
Exterior: Remarkably attractive, small-scale ranges of farmbuildings, the west range
with a loft, the south range single storey. The west range has 4 ground floor
doorways alternating with windows, all depressed 2-centred arched heads brick;
matching loft door in the centre flanked by loft windows. The south range, adjoining
at the right end, is symmetrical with right and left doors with depressed 2-centred
arched heads of cut stone dressings and a window in the centre. C19 plank door with
strap hinges.
