Farmhouse and wall to garden in front. Probably early C19, rendered. Cob on stone
rubble footings; slate roof, gabled at ends; end stacks.
Plan: Double depth plan, 2 rooms wide, with a central entrance and a single-storey
lean-to at the right end, slighly set back.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 3-bay front with a central C19 gabled timber porch
with a pointed arched outer doorway, diagonal boarding. Cusped bargeboards and a
timber pendant in the gable. C20 front door. C19 or C20 3-light timber casements
with glazing bars. Stone rubble garden wall in front of the house with irregular
capping stones and square section gate-piers included in the listing.
Interior: Not inspected.
Group value with the farmbuildings in the small yard to the north and with a large
cob barn on the other side of the road, to the south west.
