- west of Higher Rocombe Farmhouse

Farmbuilding. Probably late C18. Unrendered cob on stone rubble footings, left end
wall re-built in stone, corrugated iron roof, gabled at ends.
Plan: Large rectangular farmbuildings, parallel to the road, with a loft.
Exterior: No loft openings on the side facing the road, which has 2 doorways and a
window. Loft doorways at each end and ground floor door and a window to the right
end. The rear elevation has 3 loft doors and 8 ground floor openings, some are doors
converted to windows some windows converted to doors.
Interior: Not inspected, but original carpentry likely to survive.
An impressively large roadside farmbuilding, group value with Higher Rocombe
Farmhouse and farmbuildings to the north of Higher Rocombe Farmhouse.
