House, now offices. Early C18 or older, front cased in brick in
early C19. Timber frame roughcast on painted brick sill. Front
red brick rendered with stucco plinth. Steep old red tile roof
with bellcast to front eaves. A long 2-storeys house raised
above street level, facing E. Red brick external gable chimney,
with tumbled brick offsets, at N. Rear lateral chimney to S
part. Irregular fenestration. N part has 2 flush box sash
windows on each floor with 8/8 panes. 6-panel raised and fielded
door up 4 steps with flat hood on heavy shaped brackets. Similar
doorcase to S part with boarded door flanked by 2 small canted
flat topped bay windows. 3 2-light casements above. Included
for group value.
