SX 48 SE BRENTOR

7/33 Outbuilding about 15m north east
- of Langstone Manor

GV II


Outbuilding used as garage, stores and calf house. Probably 1907, contemporary with
the rebuilding of Langstone Manor (q.v.), incorporating part of a C16 doorway.
Dressed stone with some granite dressings, slate roofs gabled and half-hipped at
ends, partly slate-hung on west front. 2 separately roofed single-storey adjoining
blocks. West front has entrance into stores and 4 casement windows with glazing
bars. South end is half-hipped with arched entrance under 2 C16 spandrels with
shallow foliage carving.
