Cottage, now fish and chip shop. Early C17, remodelled in C19 and C20. Coursed limestone rubble with gritstone dressings and quoins to west. Slate roof with stone ridge. Stone gable end stack to west and moulded stone copings and kneelers to west gable. Two storeys, single bay. West gable wall has blocked two-light, formerly three-light, recessed and chamfered mullion window with dripmould. Above, another blocked C17 window, formerly two-light, with dripmould. North elevation has flush doorcase with stable door to east and large C20 shop window to west under timber lintel. Above central C19 window with C20 casements.
