House. 1759 with early C19 and C20 alterations. Coursed squared gritstone with
gritstone dressings and quoins. Plain tile roof with stone ridge, stone west
gable end stack and ridge stack and stone coped gable with moulded kneelers to
west. Two storeys, two bays. Flush quoined doorcase with large, moulded,
bracketed stone hood, glazed panelled door and lintel inscribed 'WPT'. To east,
2-light flush mullion window with plain sashes, and beyond, C20 window in flush
surround with casements. Similar smaller window to east. Over door, datestone
with dripmould inscribed 'WWA 1759'. To east, two 2-light flush mullion windows
with plain sashes. West gable wall has two raised single light windows below
and round window above with raised fillet to edge.
