Cottage. Probably late C18; altered C19 and early-mid C20. Plastered
cob with hipped thatched roof and brick stacks; C20 additions of brick
and corrugated iron with corrugated iron roofs. One storey with attic,
2 bays; single-storey lean-to addition to left side and rear. Central
C20 gabled corrugated iron porch masks wide part-glazed door. Flanking
recessed 2-light, 4-pane, casement windows with timber lintels and
concrete cills. Similar windows above to brick eyebrow dormers. At
eaves, exposed feet of old rafters. External stack at left end, and
one at rear right corner. Interior not inspected.
