Terrace of 10 houses. Mid C19. Stucco with rusticated stucco
quoins and ground floor. 4 storeys and basements. 3 windows
each. Symmetrical composition with projecting central bays
(Nos 20 & 21) and projecting end bays (Nos 16 & 17, and 24 &
25) in Italianate style. Square-headed recessed doorways with
fanlights, sidelights and panelled doors. 1st floor casement
windows with continuous cast-iron balcony and pediments on
projecting bays, other bays with entablatures. 2nd and 3rd
floor sashes with architraves, 2nd floor with entablatures.
Plain stucco 3rd floor sill band. Bracketed stucco cornice.
INTERIORS: not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: attached
cast-iron railings with urn finials to areas.
