1896. Portland Stone facade, roof concealed behind parapet. Formal classical
facade in 4 bays. On the ground floor the 2 outer bays contain doors in moulded
arched openings and the 2 inner bays round-headed windows - all bays divided by
pairs of Tuscan pilasters. On the first floor are 4 double-hung sash windows
divided by pairs of Tuscan pilasters. On the second floor are 4 double-hung sash
windows, with raised aprons to cills, divided by single Tuscan pilasters. Moulded
string courses between first and second floors. Moulded dentil cornice to parapet.
