Pair of cottages at left end of terrace. C18. Rubble stone walls, stone slate
roofs, stone end stacks raised in brick. 2 storeys and attics. No. 42 has part
glazed door. Ground floor has one casement with centre horizontal glazing bar
under relieving arch. First floor has 2 similar casements - renewed. No. 44
has glazed door under segmental arch. Ground floor has one fixed window under
relieving arch. First floor has one horizontally sliding sash with centre
horizontal glazing bar. Each cottage has one gabled dormer. Lean-to garage at
