Rubble stone walls, thatched roof, stone stack left of door, brick stack at right end. One storey and attic. C20 oak ledged door into original cross-passage. Right of this two C20 plain casements. Left of door a small fire window with stone surround and two C20 plain casements. Under eaves, two small rectangular windows with stone surrounds and a similar blocked window Attic has four dormers with plain casements.

Internally, roof has jointed cruck trusses with traces of smoke-blackening - house originally of open-hall form. Inserted ceiling over hall, with deep chamfered intersecting ceiling beams - part restored. Also in hall, large open fireplace with timber lintel.
