Small late C17 2 storey house with a very steep pitched early tiled roof. C18
brick front with 3 flush framed glazing bar sashes in wide moulded wooden cases
on the 1st floor anda Sun Fire Insurance blink. Moulded wooden eaves cornice.
1 hipped dormer with casement windows. Lions masks on gutter. No chimney visible
from the street. Modern shops on the ground floor.

Nos 23 to 49 (odd) High Street including No 25A form a group of which Nos 29 to
37 (odd) are of local interest only.
