Cottage. Late C17 with C19 and later alterations. Coursed limestone rubble with freestone dressings. Thatched roof with chamfered copings to north parapet gable. Brick stack to right hand gable and ashlar ridge stack with upper courses of brick. One storey and attic, lobby entry, three unit plan. C19 panelled door and three casement windows with wooden lintels; two eyebrow dormer windows with casements.

Interior: cambered mantel beam to open hearth of north room, central room with sealed hearth; stop-chamfered cross and axial beams.
